Congratulations! You’ve been invited to compete in the 2026 Best in the West Showdown! You are a competitive athlete with a team that has displayed good sportsmanship, positive community spirit, and a commitment to the sport of skijoring.
Please complete this form once for each Team you have been invited to register. After your team application is submitted, all team members must complete the Individual Competitor registration form (link below) to complete your registration. Once your team is confirmed you will receive a link to pay for your entry no later than the deadline(s) listed below.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Open Ski is capped at 35 Match Teams.
Teams are considered to be the highest skilled competitors with the fastest and most skilled horses. The Open class will consist of all match teams. Skiers/Boarders are limited to 4 entries in the open. Horses and skiers/boarders entered in the Open cannot compete in the Sport or Novice. Competitors cannot enter an identical team (skier/boarder, horse, rider) more than one time.
Pro Snowboard is capped at 40 Match teams.
Teams are considered to be the highest skilled competitors with the fastest and most skilled horses. The Pro Snowboard class will consist of all match teams. Boarders are limited to 4 entries in the open. Competitors cannot enter an identical team (boarder, horse, rider) more than one time.
Single Match (1 entry limit)
Capped at 10 Match teams
Team members must switch spots from Saturday to Sunday. To clarify, if you ski/snowboard on Saturday, then you must ride the horse on Sunday and vice versa. The same horse must be ridden each day. The Switch-A-Roo class will consist of all match teams. Switch-A-Roo competitors will use the same gates set for the Sport Division.
Competitors cannot enter an identical team (skier, horse, rider) more than one time.
